The Forest of Despair
The Forest of Despair is a mysterious and massive forest. It is a land of the lost. A place where time does not flow in the traditional sense. Many have entered, many have not returned. Some believe it is a land of lost souls. The people of Terra built what is known as the Circles of Despair Standing Stones to mark the places where the path to the Forest of Despair exists. Death plays an interesting role within the forest. Players who die here are transported to the Town of Despair. Death here does not leave a corpse. You will appear in the town with all of your belongings. Poison sometimes leads to a second death in town. To leave the Forest of Despair, one must heal the Soul of the Forest by collecting 8 Soul of the Forest Gems. When you arrive in the forest, you will be somewhere in the forest itself. A sextant is a very handy tool here. Dimensional Shards do not work here.

You must retrieve them.
