Warehouse Order System Warning!!!!!!
This System Utilizes an Auto-Fill Function that uses items from your bags. This means you should not have any item in your bags that you do not want being added to an order.
As an example of the dangers present if this is not heeded, this system can not tell the difference between different types of Katanas. Here is a brief list of different types of Katanas.
Katana
Any Alloy Infused Katanas
Any Special Ore Katanas
Obelisk Katana
Burning Retribution
Blood Drinker
Sun Sword
Amethyst Shard
There are many Items that fit this sort of description. So be advised! Do Not Keep Extra Gear or Items in your Inventory Backpack that you do not wish to use in these orders. It is a good idea to clear your Inventory prior to working these orders.
The Auto-Fill Will Not grab equipped Items.
Collecting and Filling Orders
In order to collect your warehouse orders, you will need to find a warehouse agent. They will be located in every town usually near the bank or an area near craft related npc's. You will need to buy Order Books from them. Double Clicking the Order Book will remove an order. They contain 5 orders each. Once all have been removed, the Order Book auto-deletes. They do not show how many are left. Buying them from players is not advised. They produce random orders of the type listed anyway.
To fill the warehouse order simply craft or collect all the needed items listed, then double click the warehouse order. It will auto fill and transform into a completed order.
When you turn in the order, you will be given a bank check, lesser quest tokens, and craft silver coins. In particular the craft silver coins can be used to purchase craft rewards. Instead of just giving you rewards, we have opted to allow you to decide what rewards you want through the use of the craft silver coins.
On occassion as you are turning in orders, you will recieve a special reward or a guild contract.
The special reward is a skill elixir. The skill elixir can be used to raise the skill designated by +1, +2, +3, +4, or +5 depending on the elixir. These will not raise skills beyond the designated cap. So the ones you do not need or want could be sold or traded.
Guild Contracts
The guild contracts are larger version of the warehouse orders but require multiple item types to fill. You do not need all the item types at one time. If you have one of the types and the quantity needed, you can fill that portion. It will not display it as full, however if you double click the guild contract it will show you what is left as a system message. Once it is complete it will also transform into a completed contract much like the warehouse order. In some cases during testing they did not auto-transform into the completed version when the last item was filled. Due to this I added a back up step. If this happens to you, simply double click the contract again and it should transform into the completed form.
The guild contracts must be turned into the corrisponding guild agents for a reward. They will be located near similar npc vendors. They do not sell anything. They are there soley for collection.
As with the warehouse orders, you will have a chance of getting new contracts and skill elixirs from turning in guild contracts. The only difference is you have better odds of getting them with guild contracts. On top of that you may also get a few extra things on very rare occassions, that you cannot get while turning in warehouse orders. A couple of them you also cannot buy.
Also it should be noted that your status level will impact your odds of getting an extra reward when turning in guild contracts. This impact will be subtle.
